Organized by the Global CIO Forum, the finale of the annual CIO 200 Summit 2023 was held on 17-19 September 2023 in Baku. During the three-day event, 200 delegates from 50 countries discussed pressing technological issues, as well as established new links with their peers from all over the world.

During the grand finale of the World CIO 200 Summit 2023, outstanding ICT leaders from different countries were awarded in several categories.

Rashad Khaligov, Deputy Chair of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency and Shahin Aliyev, Adviser to the Chair were awarded in the respective nominations "LEADER CIO" and "MASTER CIO", while Loukas Tzitzis, Managing Director for International Business Development & Growth received the award in the nomination "Innovation Ecosystem".

The CIO 200 Global Summit 2023 is a series of events that brings together more than 50 countries and is attended by over 10,000 ICT leaders; this five-month mega-action features workshops, ideas exchange sessions, and panel discussions.
