The delegation of the State Agency visited Kazakhstan

On April 14-15, a delegation of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan visited Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan. During the visit, the delegation participated in a regional conference on "Assessing the Results of the Digitalization Needs Assessment Survey."

The conference was organized by the Astana Civil Service Hub (ACSH), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), the Ministry of the Interior and Safety of the Republic of Korea (MOIS), the National Information Society Agency (NIA), and Zerde National Infocommunication Holding OJSC. The conference was held in the framework of the project "Development of Skills for Innovation in Management and Digitalization of Public Services", launched in 2021, to accelerate the application of innovative practices in public administration and digitalization in the provision of public services, as well as to increase the capacity of civil servants and interns.

An online request for a project needs assessment was answered by the State Agency and submitted to the ACSH.

The conference discussed the results of a needs assessment survey submitted by Azerbaijan and other participating countries.

In addition, the conference exchanged views on the scope and content of activities planned for 2022, the approval of methodological manuals, and topics on knowledge products, respectively.
