Acceptance of electronic customs declaration for customs clearance of goods and vehicles, online monitoring of customs clearance and clearance process

Content

: By means of this service, the customs authorities submit the declarations of the goods they have crossed the road border of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the customs authorities in electronic form. The information contained in the declaration and in the annexes to it are checked interactively, and the user is informed about the result.

Documents required for implementation and their submission form

A citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan :

    • The name of the document :

      1. Declaration prepared by selecting the appropriate service in the Title specified in Clause 2.4 of this regulation;

Documents (electronic or scanned copies) required in accordance with clauses 2.5 and 2.6 of the "Regulations on the declaration of goods and means of transport crossing the customs border" approved by the decree of the Republican Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan dated July 22, 2014 263 ).
