Submission of an accounting statement for a temporary disability allowance
Content
This service covers the determination and payment of temporary disability benefits for the period required by law, at the expense of the compulsory state social insurance contribution. In the event of temporary disability, insured persons are entitled to temporary disability benefits to compensate in full or in part for lost wages, income, and additional expenses. This right arises upon the occurrence of a temporary disability during the period of employment for which compulsory state social insurance contributions are paid. For the first 14 calendar days of temporary disability, the benefit is paid by the Insurer, and for the remaining days, it is paid by the compulsory state social insurance. If the temporary incapacity to work continues uninterruptedly as a result of several sick leaves, the indemnification for the first 14 calendar days of the temporary incapacity to work will be paid once by the Insurer, regardless of the number of sick leaves, and for the remaining days it will be paid at the expense of the obligatory state social insurance contributions. If the temporary disability continues with interruptions due to several sick leaves, the indemnification for the first 14 calendar days of the temporary disability is paid by the Insurer regardless of the number of sick leaves, and for the remaining days it is paid at the expense of the obligatory state social insurance contributions.
