Acceptance of orders for auction sale of small enterprises (objects).

Content

This electronic service defines the rules for accepting orders for the registration of participants in auctions organized for the purpose of selling small enterprises (objects), paying a deposit of 10 percent of the initial sale price of the privatization object, and submitting a ticket for granting the right to participate in the auction.

Documents required for implementation and their submission form

A citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan :

    • The name of the document :

      Document confirming the identity of the natural person or the person representing him;

      Document submission forms :

    • The name of the document :

      Power of attorney confirming the authority to represent a natural person;

      Document submission forms :

    • The name of the document :

      A copy of the document on the payment of 10 percent of the initial sale price of the object of privatization (excluding electronic payments).

      Copy of the legal entity's state registration certificate;

      Certified copy of the charter of the legal entity;
