This service is designed to ensure the receipt of the electronic application and required documentation and the issuance of the certificate of conformity for telecommunications equipment and installations

A citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan :

    • The name of the document :

      Application (attachments)

      Document submission forms :

      - In paper or electronic form (confirmed with a signature (legal entities also confirm with a seal).

    • The name of the document :

      Copy of the technical passport of the goods

    • The name of the document :

      Copy of certificate (certificate of origin) confirming the country of origin of goods

      - In paper and electronic form

    • The name of the document :

      Certificate of registration of the applicant with the tax authorities (taxpayer identification number is included in the application form)
