The structure of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies was approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev dated January 12, 2018.

1. The Staff of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan (departments and sectors).

2. The State Motor Transport Service under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

3. State Maritime Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

4. State Civil Aviation Agency under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

5. Electronic Security Service under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

6. The State Fund for Development of Information Technologies under the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
