Interest in the E-government portal, which is an essential component of transparent and convenient governance, is growing day by day, as well as the use of e-services is expanding. The obvious example of this is dynamic growth in the number of users of the electronic services provided through “www.e-gov.az” portal.  As necessary, statistics on the use of electronic services are updated every month. Thus, according to the latest statistics, electronic services available on the portal were used 1,673,687 times in February of this year.  

Electronic services provided by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population (MLSPP) were used most frequently. Thus, in the stated period, the services of the MLSPP were used 946,084 times. The electronic service “Unified subsystem for electronic application and assignment of targeted government social assistance” created with a view to strengthening social protection of low-income families through targeted social assistance,  was used 394,389 times during the month.  

The e-services of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies (MTCHT), which has integrated its 37 different types of electronic services into the portal, were used 565,935 times throughout the month. MTCHT’s most commonly used e-service was  “Provision of information on numbers moved to other provider  through Mobile Number Portability service”.  Thus, during last month the said service was used 300,300 times. 

Within the stated period, the electronic services of the State Customs Committee (SCC) were used 71,470 times.  SCC’s  electronic service “Acceptance of electronic customs declaration for customs clearance of goods and vehicles” was used 55,099 times.

Reference documents, which allow users to generate personal information on the portal in an electronic form, print out this information and send it to relevant organization, were used 25,862 times during last month.     

The electronic services of the State Students Admission Commission, which are used more frequently than the e-services of other organizations during summer months, were used 18,701 times in the stated period.
