New three services of the Ministry of Agriculture have been integrated into the E-Government Portal, which is operated by Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies. These services are as follows:
-Apply for renewal of driving license to drive tractor and other motor vehicles;
To use the services, you must be registered with the Electronic Government Portal.
By using the service “Apply for renewal of driving license to drive tractor and other motor vehicles” the user can contact Aghakishi Aliyev, head of Main State Inspection for Technical Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture. The user’s personal details are added to the application automatically due to his registration on the portal. The user must indicate all required information and attach necessary documents before submitting it.
To use the service “Apply for state registration of tractors and motor vehicles used in forestry as well as agriculture, the list of which is defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the user selects the form of application as a physical or legal entity, then indicates the type of application, type, make and model, serial number of the engine and inspection (registration area), name, color, sales number, date of manufacture. Then the user attaches necessary documents and submits it.
To use the service “Apply for deregistration of tractors and motor vehicles used in forestry as well as agriculture, the list of which is defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the user first indicates his personal details, as well as personal identification number of ID card (service requires registration, for this reason PIN is added automatically), e-mail address, mobile phone number, selects other required information and submits the application.
It should be noted that the number of e-services of the Ministry of Agriculture on the E-Government Portal reached 22.
